Ingredients (makes ~14):
- Cocoa powder, flour, baking soda/powder, salt
- Eggs, granulated & brown sugar, oil, vanilla, buttermilk
- Filling: butter, marshmallow creme, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla
- Frosting: butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, cream, vanilla
- Topping: marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs
Method:
- Bake chocolate cupcakes; cool.
- Mix marshmallow filling until smooth; fill cupcake centers.
- Frost with chocolate frosting, sprinkle cracker crumbs.
- Toast marshmallows under broiler and place atop each cupcake
