S’mores Cupcakes

Ingredients (makes ~14):

  • Cocoa powder, flour, baking soda/powder, salt
  • Eggs, granulated & brown sugar, oil, vanilla, buttermilk
  • Filling: butter, marshmallow creme, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla
  • Frosting: butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, cream, vanilla
  • Topping: marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs

Method:

  1. Bake chocolate cupcakes; cool.
  2. Mix marshmallow filling until smooth; fill cupcake centers.
  3. Frost with chocolate frosting, sprinkle cracker crumbs.
  4. Toast marshmallows under broiler and place atop each cupcake
