✅ Ingredients:
- 1½ cups (180g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¾ cup (150g) sugar
- ½ cup (120ml) oil or unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup (180ml) yogurt (thick, plain)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120ml) milk
- ½–¾ cup tutti frutti (plus 1 tsp flour to coat)
- Optional: pinch of salt
🧁 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk yogurt, sugar, oil, vanilla, and milk.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet gradually.
- Coat tutti frutti in flour and fold into batter.
- Pour batter into pan and tap gently.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 mins, then unmold.

- Add cardamom or rose essence for a desi twist.
- For crunch, mix in cashews or almonds.
- Make cupcakes with the cake batter—bake 20–22 mins.
